These forms use real-world examples of monthly budgets and saving goals. Students will use their learned knowledge of needs, wants, incomes and expenses to identify these items in monthly budgets. Students will practice identifying and calculating the amount of money needed for a desired expense (ex. video game or trip) and calculating how much money will need to be saved each month in order to attain the desired expense. Students will also examine the given budgets to calculate individuals total income, expenses, money saved, and identify additional ways for individuals to save. Students will also calculate weekly, monthly and yearly salary or expenses based off the given budget.

It involves observing a situation, then using clues with background knowledge to figure out what has happened or what is happening. The ability to make social inferences is an essential social skill. The pictures are designed for middle and high school students with images of both younger and older people to help you better differentiate for your students.

Use these 30 pictures, in a variety of ways, to help students make social inferences and develop a social understanding of what they see. Students can use these pictures to develop an understanding of what people’s situations are, what their intentions are, how they are feeling, what they are thinking, and what is likely to happen next. The pictures are relevant and represent every day living.

• This resource includes a 30 slide editable PowerPoint. Each PowerPoint slide contains an amazing background with the pictures. You can move or resize the pictures any way you like and even add text! This PowerPoint should help you get started on developing your lesson. These toxic and inconsiderate behaviors ultimately lead to negative effects including, but not limited to, holding people back from being happy, peaceful, and productive, causing unwelcoming feelings like stress, anger, depression, and sadness, which ultimately can harm one’s health, affect relationships, and overall sense of well-being. Many students (and adults) are oblivious to the toxic and inconsiderate behaviors and interactions they have with people in their lives.

⭐ This resource includes 64 HIGHLY RELEVANT scenarios that exposes students to the wide range of toxic and inconsiderate behaviors that not only surround them, but that they experience everyday from people they interact with.
