✍️ How It Works: Setting Up Your Game ✍️

Once you've downloaded the product, follow these steps to get started:

1. Plan Your Game: Use the question planning template to brainstorm and organize your Jeopardy game content.
2. Read the Instructions: Open the PDF with step-by-step guidance to help you set up and create your game.
3. Choose Your Template: Pick your template based on your flattening method, font choice, and point value. Follow the detailed directions for your chosen method.
4. Customize Your Content: Edit the text boxes to add your questions, answers, and categories. Adjust point values and game details to fit your needs. If you're using the save Image method, design your slides in the Design Template, save them as images, and then upload those images to your Final Game Template.
5. Save and Flatten: Follow the step-by-step instructions to save your customized slides as images and reinsert them into your PowerPoint. Pick the best flattening option from the three provided.
6. Convert (Optional): Want to offer your game in both PPT and Google Slides formats? Follow the included guide to convert your PowerPoint game.
7. Create PDF Pages: Use the editable PDF pages to create answer keys and record sheets for your buyers.

• Start the Game: Open the file and play in presentation mode.
• Select a Question: Click on the point value category box to go to the question.
• View the Answer: Click on the answer box to reveal the answer.
• Access the Scoreboard: Click on the star icon to go to the scoreboard. (PPTX version only)
• Return to Main Slide: Click on the home icon to go back to the main slide.
• Track Progress: Category boxes fade after clicking to keep track of previously answered questions. (PPTX version only)
• Update Scores: Use the scoreboard to keep track of the score for up to 6 teams. Just click on the numbers to update the score. (PPTX version only)

1. Can I sell the games I create using this template?
✅ Yes, you can! This template includes a commercial use license, so you can create and sell your customized Jeopardy games on TeachShare or Etsy, as long as the game is flattened. For more details, read my Terms of Use.

2. How do I edit the template to add my questions and categories?
⌨️ I_t's easy! Open the PowerPoint file, go to the slides you want to customize, and click on the text boxes to add your questions, answers, and categories. Detailed step-by-step instructions are included to guide you._

3. Do I need any special fonts or software to use this template?
⚒️ The template comes in two versions: one designed with KA fonts (requires a separate purchase) and another with standard fonts that doesn’t require any additional purchase. You can modify the fonts as you like. You’ll need Microsoft PowerPoint to edit the template. If you don't have PowerPoint, click here for a 30-day free trial. This template doesn’t use macros and works on both Mac and Windows.

4. Can I use this template for multiple grade levels?
✅ Absolutely! You can use this template for any grade level, from K-12 to adult education. Just customize the questions and categories to fit your audience. For younger students, there's even an option for 10-50 points!

5. Is this template compatible with Google Slides?
✅ Yes! You can convert the PowerPoint design to Google Slides using the included instructions. Just note, the interactive scoreboard and disappearing question boxes won't work in Google Slides. It's best to create the game in PowerPoint first, then switch to Google Slides. This way, you can use and share your games in both formats.

6. How do I flatten the template to sell it?
ℹ️ Flattening the template is simple. Follow the step-by-step instructions to save your customized slides as images and reinsert them into your PowerPoint file. The guide has three flattening options, so you can choose the best one for you. This keeps your content secure and prevents others from editing it.

7. How does the interactive scoreboard work?
✨ You can track up to 6 teams' scores with the interactive scoreboard. It updates automatically in PowerPoint in presentation mode, making the game easy to manage and fun for your students.

8. Are there any support materials included?
✅ Yes, it includes a setup guide, clear step-by-step instructions for customizing and flattening, and extra materials like an editable answer key and record sheet for your final game. You'll also get a question planning template and editable PDF pages like a question tracker and scoreboard, perfect for a Google Slides version.

9. Can I share the template with others?
❌️ You can't share this template or an editable version with others. However, you can share a customized game you've created using the template. Please note, that you can't post the game online for free. You can sell the game online, as long as it's flattened.

✅ The Save Image Method is simple: design your game slides in the Design Template, save each one as a PNG image, and upload these images into the final template. This keeps your content noneditable but still interactive. No extra purchase needed—just follow the included directions to flatten your game.

11. What's the difference between the full editable setup template, design template, and final game template?

Easy to use!

1. Print the pdf on a plain sheet of paper to make your template.

2. Cover the boxes with sticky notes (make sure all stickies are going the same direction with the sticky side on top).

3. Place your paper back in your printer tray facing the direction your printer prints (for mine- I put my paper upside down; I HIGHLY recommend testing a plain sheet of paper to determine the direction you'll need to place your paper).

4. Peel the stickies off and repeat as many times as you want.

5. Spark smiles!

Leave on your students' desks for them to find when they first come in, or pass them out during class as you see students working hard. You can also leave them as little notes of encouragement for your teacher friends!

State testing is difficult for both teachers and students. Help motivate them with these superhero themed motivational cards. Pair them with a little snack or candy to help brighten a child's day or week during testing days. Sure to bring a smile to their face.

These are a few math support sheets for upper elementary! What is included is a name tag sheet (w/ a number line, clocks, 3D shapes, and a multiplication chart), decimal place value chart, base 10 blocks, unit fractions, equivalent fractions, keywords for word problems, and 2D shapes.
