FRENCH HALLOWEEN Cutie Pairs Writing Activity-Build vocabulary-WRITING PROMPT
By La trousse de Madame
French HALLOWEEN Cutie Pairs Writing Prompt
A terrific, no prep activity for your blossoming K-4 French writers who may be struggling to take risks with their writing skills. The students absolutely LOVE this activity and have been asking me for days when we get to do ‘le gateau et la crème glacée’. I gradually give students autonomy by giving them the freedom to talk about what they think the Food Pairs have in common.
What to do:
Make a class set of copies of one of the cutie pairs.
Students colour, write, and cut out the writing strip.
Finally, students cut and paste the ends of the writing strip to the back of each item in the pair. Fold in the middle and students can show the big reveal!
Pairs included:
Each set is available in Colour format followed by Black and White
-fantôme garçon et maison hantée
-fantôme fille et maison hantée
-chauve-souris et lune
-chauve-souris cercueil
-fantôme garçon et cercueil
-fantôme fille et cercueil
