Simple Mother’s Day Craftivities

These simple fine motor crafts are a great way to incorporate a fun Mother's Day project in the classroom. An adorable keepsake for students to take home to Mom, Grandma, Auntie, or someone else who is important in their lives.. Includes templates with Mom, Grandma, and blank.

Option 1: Flower Pot. Color, cut, and glue 3 pieces together to make a flower. You can have students print one word or phrase on each petal on what is special about their mom. There are Grandma and Aunt options as well as a blank template to personalize.

Option 2: Color the flower in a flowerpot to make a card. Students can write about what makes their mom great (or any other writing prompt) on the provided writing lines on the flower pot.

Option 3: Cupcake. Students color, cut, and paste 2 pieces to make a cupcake or color the pre-made cupcake to make a card.

Option 4: Rocket. Students can color, cut, and paste 4 pieces to make a rocket or color the pre-made rocket to make a card.

Option 5: Tear or snip paper, or roll tissue paper to glue on heart

Create an engaging and educational experience with this exciting 3D Letter Ff House Craft pack. Perfect for back to school, alphabet crafts and Letter Recognition activities, these fun templates provide a hands on experience for your students. Suitable for kindergarten, preschool, and Year 1 classes. This pack consists of three template versions and a blank version for your students to draw their own pictures.

These templates can be used in a variety of ways. Ask your students to:

• Circle the pictures that start with the sound f.
• Color in only the pictures with the f sound.
• Identify and name the pictures starting with the f sound.
• Count how many pictures start with the letter f.
• Segment the sounds and practice blending.
• For the draw your own template, your students can draw as many pictures as they can think of that start with the sound f.

Your students will color, cut, glue, and fold the side pieces to bring these unique letter Ff houses to life. Cutting, coloring, and assembling the houses help improve fine motor skills. The maze helps develop problem-solving skills. Use these letter Ff 3D craft houses during phonics lessons to reinforce the sound of the letter f.
