Thanksgiving Haiku: Create your own Haiku about fall/Thanksgiving w/examples

This is an easy printable activity for Thanksgiving or fall that students can write their own Haiku. There are instructions on how many syllables go on each line. Then I have two different examples of Haikus. Students will be able to create their own Haikus about Autumn, Thanksgiving, or November.

Who can use this resource:
French Immersion teachers in the Kindergarten to Grade Three classroom and those teaching beginner French students. Can be used at the Grade 4-6 level with Core French students learning to segment and blend complex sounds.
What grade level:
I personally use these activities with 1st and 2nd Grade students in French Immersion. I feel confident that students from K-3 will find these most useful and teachers can come back to them year after year with their students. Core French teachers will be sure to add the resource to their repertoire for Grades 4 to 6 as they learn to read and write at the Junior level.

Rainbow Science Nonfiction Text and Experiment

It is paired with the tie-dyed milk experiment (which in this case you can call it the "make a rainbow experiment)."
