Giving and Accepting compliments are a great social skill required for life! And even as teachers and staff, giving and accepting compliments is important to developing a strong, co-hesive, unified team environment. Look no further because this Teacher Compliment Journal (pass it forward) project is great for doing just that!

How does this program work? Included is pages where all the staffs names are included. One staff member chooses a person (whose name is not crossed out yet) and writes them a compliment on one of the pages. They then cross their name out of the list so that people are not doubling up! Simple write them a compliment and give the book to them! And this continues until all the teachers/ staff give and receive a like and admire compliment!
