Gaining input from the IEP team is an important part of the IEP-writing process. These Google forms ask simple questions of the family, student, and teacher that you can use to develop a student's IEP. Simply email the link to the desired recipient and have them complete it digitally. No waiting on papers to go home and come back; no mailing forms home. Simple and efficient. Draw a hopscotch board on the sidewalk. Toss bean bags (a folded pair of socks works too!) on to two numbers. Write the numbers in the boxes and solve the equation. Then hop to the numbers to get the bean bags and begin again!

For the digital version, type the numbers into the text boxes.

If you do not have sidewalk chalk, they can pick two numbers from the hopscotch image included on the worksheets. Alternatively, they can use a pack of playing cards (numbers only) to draw numbers.

Students will LOVE this interactive phonics activity where they select the letter that makes the beginning sound of the pictures shown on the card. With fun sound effects, they will know when they have chosen the correct answer.

Print and laminate alphabet arc, picture cards, and arrow. Punch a hole where indicated on the alphabet arc and attach the arrow to the arc with a brad. 

Students will draw a picture card, place it in the box under the arc, and match the picture to its beginning sound (with the exception of boX for X) by rotating the spinning arrow to point to the correct letter. Alternately, students could turn over a card and place it in front of them, rotate the arrow to the correct letter, and then write the letter with a dry erase marker in the box below the arc for additional writing practice. Pictures coordinate with the key words from the Phonics First program, but this product is in no way related to Orton-Gillingham or its affiliates.

This super sight word game is a great way to get your little super heroes excited about reading! Game cards include pre-primer, primer, first grade, and second grade Dolch sight words, each marked for easy differentiation based on level. Download, print, laminate, and cut the cards and spinner. Students will spin and land on a number (one or two to practice as many words as possible). Some spaces say "draw 2." That means the student will draw and read two cards. On "action" spaces, you get to choose what the student can do. Use these spaces as an extra turn, lose a turn, or a battle! In a battle, each student can choose a card and attempt to read it. Any card read is kept; cards read incorrectly will return to the pile. Clip art in the game is from Krista Wallden with Creative Clips.

Serve up some phonics fun with this pizza-themed vowel sound sorting activity! Print, laminate, and cut out the pizza crusts and pepperonis. Your students will sort the pepperonis onto the correct pizzas by matching the pictures to the vowel sounds they contain. Students will read and sort words based on common vowel pair sounds ea, ai, and oa. Visuals are added as prompts to help the students remember the sounds.

Use this sheet to be able to quickly view a student's IEP information, such as accommodations, services, minutes, interests, and of course goals. Think of this as your IEP cheat sheet. Pass it out to the students' homeroom teachers so they can have all of the information in an easy-to-read format. The headings are centered in the boxes so when you enter the student's information, the text remains centered for a uniform look

Based on ability level, students can use the single tens frame and the number cards to represent a given number using manipulatives. Students who are ready for more of a challenge can roll dice to create an addition problem and use the tens frames to represent and solve the addition problem using manipulatives.

This is a fun, low prep activity that kids will love doing around the holidays! Students will match and sort numbers to number words, lines, and objects. Laminate all parts and attach velcro if desired. Perfect for fast finishers, independent work, RtI, and special education.

Students will roll a die, count the dots, and color in a box above the corresponding number. Students can count how many times each number was rolled to find which had the most and fewest rolls.

This is just one page of my St. Patrick's Day Math Activity Bundle! Students can use the pictures to count the groups and find their combined totals. This is a great way to introduce and practice addition with your young learners or your learners in special education. This worksheet uses fun St. Patrick's Day clipart from CK Clipart.
