Students will use their background knowledge about our solar system and gain new understandings about our planets. This literature unit is a great guided reading group study. ~Questions are based on Bloom’s Taxonomy and use higher level thinking skills. Many questions also elicit story recall responses. ~Included in the unit: -comprehension questions for each chapter -word work activity for each chapter ~ I use this unit with one of my guided reading groups.
