This Math Center can be used over and over, just keep the cards posted around the room and give them a different recording sheet with a new skill. You have 21 recording sheets to pick from to suit the needs of your grade level objectives, and/or meet the needs of the students where they are.

Cut apart the 4 tally cards on each page, laminate if you wish for durability. Hang around the room for students to walk around with their clipboard and recording sheet. I’ve made color and B&W options to chose from. You may also just cut cards and place in a Math Center bucket with which ever recording sheet you want them to use. Think about running the page double sided with 2 skills for those early finishers.

There are 2 open ended pages where the TEACHER can write in her own objectives, either whole class or to differentiate per the needs of your students.

There are 2 pages that do not use the tally cards 1-20, they are basically worksheets asking the student to write in the tally marks to match the number on the worksheets.

These fun math fact pages are sure to engage your students. Get rid of the timed tests and let your students practice their division math facts with these division math mazes. Students will start at the beginning and solve each equation to move through the maze and to the end. These 3 practice pages have equations divisible by number 1-10.

All you need is to print the puzzles, mission, and recording sheets. No other prep is required! You will then pass out the recording sheets, mission, and puzzles (or scatter the puzzles around for players to find). Keep the hint cards and answer key to yourself and guide players as needed. That’s it!

Dice Addition Clip Cards: Numbers 1-12; 2 Dice Version

These dice addition clip cards are a great tool to use:

Just print and laminate these templates for a re-usable resource that students can utilize time and time again. Add some pegs and this will be a great addition to any numeracy center. Connect is a math-based card game that engages students. They can practice any math skill and have fun in this fast-paced environment. Students use flashcard-like playing cards and math symbols to match each other's cards. When there is a match, both players shout out the answer to the shown equation, and the fastest player wins!

The catch is, there could be multiple matches in a round when the top cards are taken off, creating a chain reaction of fun!

The best part is, you can edit the cards using Google Slides to fit any of your needs! This game can be used for ANY skill. Currently, the game is set up for solving trinomials when a = 1, but you can replace equations as you see fit. It's easy change the cards to addition, fractions, percent, solving equations, factoring, etc.

Even though the game is designed for math, you could switch the game from math equations to sight words, rhyming words, description words, science words, important dates in history, etc. The cards are editable!

Use fortune tellers / cootie catchers to have students practice rounding whole numbers to the nearest 100 in a fun and different way. These fortune tellers work great in French, English, Spanish, or any world language!

These games are aimed at a Grade 3 level, but would be suited for Grade 2 and Grade 4 as well.

This resource includes 5 fortune tellers for rounding to the nearest 100 (1 -1000) and instructions on how to use the activity and fold the paper.
