Kindergarten End of the Year Poem and Certificates is a beautiful poem that I wrote for our kindergarten graduation years ago along with certificates and diplomas that are editable. I have adapted it for classes that do not have an actual kindergarten graduation but still want to show your kindergarten students and families just how much they mean to you!
