The bulletin board decoration set contains 24 color and b&w hearts to learn or review vocabulary about Valentine’s day.

Let your students color the hearts and then cut them in half with different patterns. Or they can just cut the color hearts as shown in the picture. Put all the half hearts on a bulletin board and let your students find the other halves.

The bulletin board that I put together with these hearts is on a hallway and it was really fun seeing students stop and look for the other half hearts.

La maison - French 20 questions games - No prep printable speaking activities The game of 20 questions is a fun and effective way to practice forming French questions and in these 4 versions of the game, students will learn over 200 nouns that go way beyond what they learn from a textbook chapter theme about house and home. The words in the game include rooms in a house, different kinds of housing, parts of a house, common household and garden items and more. These games will work for any level as they are written in French and English. Want a real challenge for your upper levels or immersion students? Use the French only versions! Included: 4 versions with vocabulary written in French and English 4 versions with vocabulary written in French only Have students work in small groups of 2-4 or project the version of the game that you want to use and do a whole class activity. Teaching French professions vocabulary?  Looking for an engaging way to get your French students to build their communication skills and vocabulary? Taboo is a fun French speaking and listening game where one student has to guess a word based on clues given in French by other students. The catch is that they cannot mention anything that is included in a list of taboo words.

All of the words on each card are written in French and English. This is very useful as many of the words will be new to students whether they are beginners or very advanced. Classic French Taboo Games Bundle - 3 Versions

Object of the game:

One player tries to get his teammate to guess the word at the top of a card. The player must give clues, but he can't use any of the Taboo words in his description. The taboo words are written beneath the underlined word at the top of the card.

Teams score points for each word successfully guessed. The team with the most points at the end of the game wins.

Beginner students should be allowed to use the French TABOO words printed on the cards. This will encourage them to use new vocabulary and will help them in forming sentences to use as clues.

A debate can be the perfect way to motivate your AP Spanish® students and to test their skills in listening and presentational speaking!  This debate makes a great end-of-unit assessment and can also serve as an alternative assignment for students who are not taking the AP® Test to work on while their classmates review/prepare for the exam.  Students LOVE choosing controversial topics about World Challenges and working in teams to get the audience to agree with their side of the issue!

Want a fun way for learners to reinforce and review Spanish/English vocabulary?

With this game, learners have less than 15 seconds to race against the clock and translate the number, color, or shape represented by the highlighted word. Here's the twist: The possible responses start disappearing after time. Incorrect answers lose points and correct answers earn points. Not only that, the faster they answer correctly, the more points they earn.

Basic Features:

• English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English translations. This method reinforces "two-way" interpretation that encourages rapid recall with both languages.
• Practice the "basics" with numbers from zero to twenty then skip counted by tens until 100. Ordinal numbers to ten. Colors and shapes.
• A single-player game that can be played online or offline. Can also be used for group review in a classroom setting.
• Learners are presented with 10 questions out of a pool of over 130, ensuring it's never the same game twice!
• Learners are acknowledged by the name they entered when launching the game.
• No Prep: Automatic scoring and answer key. Open/send the link and go!
