Objective: The objective of the game "Oops" is to get your teammates to guess a word without using certain pre-defined words or phrases associated with it - these are called "Oopsies"

Gameplay:

1. The clue giver selects a number from the selection board, revealing the word to be described as well as the "oopsies" associated with it.
2. The clue giver must then describe the word without using any of the "oopsies".
3. The guessers on the team try to guess the word based on the clues given. The guesser sits with their back turned to the slide, while the clue giver faces the slide.
4. The guesser can make as many guesses as they want within 1 minute.
5. If a teammate guesses the word correctly, the team earns a point. However, if the clue giver uses an "oopsie," they forfeit a point.
6. After the minute is up or the word is correctly guessed, play passes to the next team.
7. Play continues back and forth until all the slides have been used or a set number of rounds has been completed.
8. The team with the most number of points wins.

Instructions

• Print off the twenty question pages and put them up around the room

• Each question is in the middle of the page and the solution is at the top of another page.

This Trigonometric Identities Card Sort is great for your Algebra 2 Honors students as well as your Precalculus students! This is a fun and engaging game that can be used as a review or an informal assessment of operations on rational expressions. The operations included are adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.

Minimal preparation for game is needed. Just copy the board games on card stock or laminate if you plan to reuse. Will need some sort of game pieces, but these could be colored paper shapes. I suggest dice, but could use with spinners just as easily.

Answer key and blank board game is included for students to write their answers.

A mixture of problem solving questions on Arithmetic and Geometric Series.

A useful task to assess understanding of both types of series. Could also be used as a homework task or a class assessment.

This Polynomials Operations Mystery Project will have your students excited to review polynomial operations! They will be solving 36 questions involving evaluating polynomials, long division and synthetic division, remainder and factor theorem as well as solving polynomial equations. They will get 6 clue sheets with 6 questions on each sheet. The answer choice leftover is the answer to that part of the mystery.
