This articulation resource was created in order to help Speech Language Pathologists target initial "ch" at the word, sentence, and conversational level. This is a great resource to encourage generalization and carryover of sounds in speech for the phonological process of stopping, deaffrication, and fronting. We know that "ch" can be a very difficult sound, so let's make it fun to practice. Research shows that children learn much quicker while engaged in play. This is the perfect game to help our students produce their sounds more quickly.
This is a great resource to use when children are stuck at the word level of a sound. Students will be very motivated to produce their sounds in these silly sentences.

INSTRUCTIONS: Print and go!
Print all five Calling Cards for the BINGO caller. Each piece may be cut apart and tossed into a hat, or remain on the sheet for the caller to pick out the letters.
Print 30 BINGO cards. Each card should be at least slightly different, as they were hand-scrambled digitally. (You may still be likely to have more than one BINGO at a time.)
Use anything you have on-hand to cover the BINGO cards : peppermints, buttons, erasers, small candy pieces, pennies, etc.

Irregular Verb Rhyming Bingo Game (EFL / ESL / Speech Therapy)

Printable irregular verb bingo game. Great for a review of irregular verbs with the focus on correct pronunciation. It can be played individually or in teams. Low prep, just print out and cut up. I use this game in my EFL classes but I'm sure it would also work great in speech therapy sessions.
HOW TO PLAY:
- flip one card over from the deck of picture cards and read it out
- all players look on their bingo sheets for verbs whose past forms rhyme with the read out word
- in order to find the rhyme, pupils have to go over all the verbs on their sheet by saying all three forms in their heads
- they mark them off with bingo chips while saying out loud the three forms of the verb
3 WAYS TO PLAY:
- looking for rhyming forms of past simple
- looking for rhyming forms of past participle
- looking for rhyming forms of past simple or past participle
GOAL:
- to get a line of four (horizontally, vertically or diagonally)
- or to cover all fields
- or to cover all the outside fields
Product contains:
- 14 bingo sheets (with 16 verbs on each), these can be cut in half for slowed-paced classes
- 61 picture word cards in colour and 61 cards in black & white
- instructions
Bingo chips are NOT included. If you don't have bingo chips, buttons will do just fine.

How to play:
- Print out, cut up and laminate the cards
- optional number of players (max. 15), can be played individually or in teams
- SETUP: players are dealt an equal number of verb cards, picture cards stay in the middle
- flip one card over from the deck of picture cards
- all players look for forms of past simple or past participle that rhyme with the picture card
- they discard all of the verbs that rhyme while saying out loud all three forms
- flip another picture card and repeat
- whover gets rid of all of his / her cards first wins

Deaf Education Self Advocacy Social Stories

This product includes 2 social stories that focus on self advocacy for students who are Deaf and hard of hearing. Each short story includes comprehension questions that relate with the social story. Some of the questions require students to put their feet in the shoes of characters who are experiencing a problem. When students are reading each story, they will review the importance of advocating for themselves. The vocabulary word advocacy and the different tenses that the word can be used is reviewed and discussed, students will learn and discuss what advocacy means, how we advocate for ourselves, examples of how one can advocate for themselves, why it is important to advocate for ourselves and others, and why advocacy can be challenging is included in this product. The two stories include topics regarding advocating for oneself if you are unable to hear someone that is asking you a question or are in need of help locating batteries or amplification devices.
